DUI, Risk Education, and Treatment Services
We are a licensed DUI Service Provider by the State of Illinois - Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR).
For DUI clients, we provide DUI evaluations*, Re-evaluations,** Risk Education, and counseling services. An alcohol and drug evaluation (Uniform Report) will determine your treatment classification (the number of hours you will need to complete) to satisfy court and/or the Secretary of State for driver’s license reinstatement.

(A driving abstract and documentation of BAC (or refusal) at the time of arrest is required).
